Shipping policy

The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the owner as established in Article 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic of Commerce of Spain and contains information on the policy of protection of personal data.


The products offered on this page are proposed for consumption. The sale contract is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of your order. For this reason, FLOR DE ASOKA, S.L., recommends reading the full legal notice and these general conditions before accepting the order.


This contract is concluded within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce of Spain, taking into account Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the regulation of retail trade, Law 7/1998 of 13 April on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and Law 3/2014 of 27 March. The contracting conditions are as follows:


Characteristics of the products. The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen together with their visual identification.


Prices. The current prices shown on the website at the time the order will be applied. The price of the products is detailed next to each one of them. VAT is included, the details will be available later in the purchase process.


Languages in which orders can be done: Spanish, French and English.


The steps to follow to make the orders. You must select the articles you are interested in, informing the number of units and clicking on the "buy" button to add them to the shopping basket. At any time, you can view the contents of the shopping cart, where you can see the selected items, their price, taxes and shipping costs. From this same window, before sending the order you can correct, change or cancel the selected products. When you have finished choosing products, click on the option "update cart" and "finish shopping". If you are registered as a user you will have to inform your credentials, otherwise you will have to provide your e-mail and create an account with your personal data. Once the user's details have been validated, the delivery address will be confirmed, and the delivery method chosen.


Subsequently, it will be necessary to accept the Terms of Purchase by checking an acceptance box. As a last step you will have to choose the payment method and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. Once the process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of the purchase made.


Order tracking. Once the order has been confirmed, it will be archived so that it can be accessed via the Internet until it has been delivered.


Order confirmation receipt: Every time the company receives an order, a confirmation of receipt email is sent within 24 hours of receipt of the order, except in the case of receipt on public holidays or weekends, when confirmation will be sent on the working day following receipt.


Methods of payment. FLOR DE ASOKA, S.L. has a very high security standards way to ensure payment with confidence.


The payment of the price of the products will be made by:


Payment by credit or debit card. Visa, MasterCard or American Express. The customer can choose to pay by credit or debit card, so that the transaction will be confirmed at the time of the order.

We guarantee that every transaction made on Flordeasoka are 100% secure. All transactions involving the transmission of private data or bank details are carried out using a secure environment. Flordeasoka uses a server based on standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network. Also, your credit card data is not registered in any database but goes directly to the TPV (Point of Sale Terminal) of the Bank.

In addition, we inform you that in order to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated in our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are a holder of a "secured" card you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.

In the case that your card is not adhered to this payment system, Flordeasoka will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD to customers with age and reliability previously demonstrated.

In both cases, when paying by VISA or MASTERCARD the following data will always be requested: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering further guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.

Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Flordeasoka will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online shop.



In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users of Spain, the customer will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate any justification, except for legal exceptions.


To determine compliance with the withdrawal period, the date of issue of the declaration of withdrawal will be taken into account. FLOR DE ASOKA, S.L. will communicate without delay to the customer the acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal, if it receives the exercise of this right via email.


Please note that all transport costs are charged by the customer, except in the case of a design defect.


FLOR DE ASOKA will allow the return or exchange of shoes purchased from the COLLECTION, whatever the reason, provided that the following requirements are met (if any of these points are not met, FLOR DE ASOKA may refuse such return):


  1. That the shoes have not been used or damaged in any way
  2. That the return is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shoe
  3. That the shoes are returned in their original box in perfect condition


Once it has been checked that the pair of shoes is in perfect condition, FLORDEASOKA will proceed to reimburse 100% of the price paid for the shoes -except the shipping costs- within 3-7 working days from its receipt, with the same method of payment as the order was paid, discounting the return shipping fees in case FLORDESAOKA would manage it.


In the case of CHANGES, once FLORDEASOKA receives the shoe in perfect condition, the new pair will be sent directly if there is stock available. If there is no stock, FLORDEASOKA will proceed to refund the amount. The customer can always restart a new order. Transport costs will be charged to the customer.


In case of rejecting the return FLOR DE ASOKA will notify and return the order to the original delivery address. The customer must pay the full transport of the order whose return has been rejected, having the obligation to meet that cost and receive the order back. Otherwise, it will be understood that the customer does not wish to dispose of his shoes and that he gives FLOR DE ASOKA his property free of charge, so he can destroy them or pass them on to third parties.


What if the shoes are CUSTOMIZED?


CHANGE OR RETURN are not accepted by FLORDESASOKA as they are considered a unique product according to specific specifications freely chosen by the customer are which are:


  1. Shoes with colours or materials that are NOT from our collection (this appears on our website as possibilities in the customization) 
  2. Asymmetrical footwear
  3. Shoes with inscriptions


The RETURN will only be applicable when the product has defects or manufacturing defects, and provided that it meets the requirements of the first paragraph.


How to make the WITHDRAWAL/RETURN?


If you want to return your order you must contact FLORDEASOKA through the email address, subject RETURN, indicating your name, order number that appears on the delivery note and a brief description of the reason for return. We will send a transport of collection previous payment

Delivery and transport time


The delivery time is between 24-48 hours for Spain and Portugal, for Europe 48-72 hours and for the rest of the world 4-6 days, from the completion of your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, are prepared from Monday or the first working day. The current shipping areas are Spain, Europe and the rest of the world. Price policy. FLOR DE ASOKA, S.L. unilaterally reserves the right to change the price of products offered through this website, will apply the current prices in advertising coinciding with the time of completion of the order, to ensure the customer the accuracy of the price of products.
