Exchange and return policy

EXCHANGES can be made until the 12th of January, online or physically in our shop in Madrid. Returns will not be accepted without a ticket or order form.

The RETURNS policy will be maintained.

If you wish, you can return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the reception of your order.

COSTS

Flordeasoka does not assume the return costs (except if it is our error or in case of defect), but we will help to manage it at all times. The transport costs assumed by the customer will be from €4.99 for each return made. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned. The refund will be made by the same means of payment that was used at the time of purchase.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

The customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product must be in the same condition in which it was received by the customer, including the lower part of the shoe. We recommend trying the shoes on a carpet or non-rough floor.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT

Flordeasoka will proceed to make the refund of the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the order. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.
