Why our wedding shoes are eco-responsible, and much more

At Flordeasoka, eco-responsibility is not a marketing argument. It's a slower, fairer, and more demanding way of doing things. It is ingrained in every step of the manufacturing process of our handcrafted bridal shoes, and far beyond.

It all starts with the design, the style. A shoe is only "responsible" if it is worn, on the big day, of course, but also long after. Comfortable shoes for dancing, designed to be worn from morning to night without any pain on the wedding day, won't become a pair that is stored in a box after the ceremony. They will be a cherished pair that you love, wear again, and perhaps pass down one day.

Then we must consider the materials. We work with carefully selected leathers, silk velvet, and linen fabrics. Materials chosen for their durability, their potential for patina, and their ability to withstand years and events without wearing out.

Next comes manufacturing. Each pair is handmade in Spain, in our workshops, by artisans who have mastered their craft for decades. No industrial pace, no mass production. Short runs, precise gestures, decisions made together. This way of working preserves Spanish savoir-faire that cannot be learned anywhere else. That too is responsible production.

Finally, to ensure your shoes last even longer, we have created our own Flordeasoka care kit. Because after so much dancing and so much life, your shoes deserve to be cherished: a gentle cleaner for delicate materials, a brush designed never to damage fabrics, and a protective spray to keep them impeccable. Your shoes lived a great day. We take care of what comes after, so you can wear them again and again.

This is our conviction: the most beautiful responsible shoe is the one you want to wear again and again.
