How to customize

Tell us which model you would like, in what color, material and heel height. Please note that not all of our designs can be made in all heights. Due to the high volume of orders during peak season, the production time is approximately 2 months. The price is €425 for high-heeled shoes and sandals, and €350 for flat shoes.
* IMPORTANT: Our workshop will be closed during the month of August. For this reason, this month is not included in the 2-month production time for custom shoes. Production and delivery times will resume in September.
Can it be returned?
We do not accept returns. If you are unsure about the size or model, you can buy a collection one in another color to try it on, return it and then choose your personalized option.
We are developing a new way to offer you customization, soon available through the flordeasoka.com website. Until then, we recommend that you write us an email so we can start the process and order your shoes.
