¿When should I order my bridal shoes?
IThere are several ways to approach it. If you'd like your shoes to accompany you throughout the process of choosing your wedding dress, we recommend coming as soon as possible — that way, you’ll also get to enjoy them during your fittings!
But if you prefer to finalize your dress choice first, that’s also perfectly fine. In that case, keep in mind the shipping times for our collection shoes, or that custom designs take around 6 weeks to produce from the moment they’re ordered.
Note: during your final dress fittings, your designer will likely ask you to bring your shoes to adjust the hem properly.
¿Are your styles available in stock? Or ¿Are all the shoes made to order?
Of course. All the shoes shown on our website are collection models available in stock. They are shipped directly to your address once the purchase is completed.
However, if you want to personalize your shoes, they must be made from scratch in the factory and take 6 weeks to produce.
¿Do you restock sold-out products?
Our collections are timeless, and we restock many of the sold-out products. We recommend joining the waiting list found on each product page, and we’ll notify you by email as soon as the item is available again.

¿Do your shoes fit true to size?
Our shoes generally fit true to size. For models that run slightly larger or smaller, you’ll find a note on the product page indicating whether you should go up or down a size.
¿Which is your most comfortable shoe?
Comfort depends a lot on each person’s foot — not every shoe works for every foot. All of our shoes are designed with comfort in mind: we carefully study the design of our lasts, use cushioned insoles, and select materials that are soft and adapt well to the foot.

¿What are the best-selling colors for brides? ¿Is it better to choose color or neutrals?
It depends on each bride’s style. Both options are perfect, and all our shoes are thoughtfully designed to be the perfect complement for any bride.
Neutral tones (white, nude, or ivory) are trending this season. They add a very elegant and sophisticated touch to the bridal look without stealing the spotlight from the dress.
But if you want to break with tradition and add value to your look with your accessories, shoes in soft or bold colors like cobalt blue, Nile green, or dusty pink can be the perfect detail to stand out. The best part about this option is that colored shoes will be easier to match with your guest outfits after your wedding day.

¿Is it essential for the bouquet and shoes to match?
Not necessarily. The most important thing is that both elements reflect your style and are in harmony with the overall look: dress, hairstyle, jewelry, and type of wedding.
If the shoes are in a bold color (like blue, green, burgundy…), it’s a good idea to have a hint of that tone in the bouquet, whether with a flower, a ribbon, or a small detail. But they don’t have to be exactly the same color.
On the other hand, if you choose shoes in neutral or metallic tones (white, nude, gold, silver), you can allow yourself more freedom with the bouquet: vibrant colors, wildflowers, monochromatic, or even unexpected touches.
¿Is it possible to order a ribbon or velvet strip made from the same material as my shoes for my bridal bouquet?
We would love to offer this option, but unfortunately it is not possible because our material comes pre-supported from the factory to shape the shoes. However, keep in mind that it is not necessary for the color to match exactly, since the bouquet is far from the feet and blends with the tones of the flowers.
💡 Tip: We recommend looking for a haberdashery or fabric store where you will surely find a ribbon that matches your color.
¿Do you make shoes in size 35 or size 42?
For some products, we do have availability in those sizes. If the model you like is not available in those sizes, we offer you the option to order them at the same price by emailing us a tinfo@flordeasoka.com. Please note that the production time is 6 weeks from the date the order is placed.

Customizing a pair of flordeasoka shoes means choosing one of our collection models and adapting it to your needs. You can select the heel height and shape, the color, or the material you like most.

¿How long does it take to customize a shoe?
The production time for a customized shoe is approximately 6 weeks. Shipping time to each destination, if needed, should be added on top of that.
¿Why do they have a different price?
The cost is different because, as it is a product made exclusively for you, it must be produced from scratch in the factory. This involves additional production costs and the time of our artisans to ensure it arrives by the desired date.

The aspect that is most commonly customized is the height and shape of the heel. After all, it is one of the elements that must best adapt to you, your height, your experience with heels, and the type of terrain at the wedding venue.
If the strap is too long or too short, ¿what can I do?
Depending on the shoe, we can modify the strap to your liking by making it a little longer or shorter. You just need to contact us by sending an email to info@flordeasoka.com.
¿in which sizes can the shoes be customized? ¿How can I know my size?
Customization is available from size 33 to 43, including half sizes. Generally, all our shoes are true to the size you usually wear. When customizing, we recommend trying one of our similar collection shoes to ensure the right size and comfort.
