The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the owner in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and contains information on the personal data protection policy.
The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the sales contract is concluded when the customer expressly confirms their order. For this reason, FLOR DE ASOKA, S.L. recommends reading the entire legal notice and these general conditions before accepting the order.
This contract is concluded within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, considering Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and Law 3/2014, of March 27. The contracting conditions are as follows:

The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen along with their visual identification.
Prices
The applicable prices are those in effect on the website at the time of order confirmation. The price of the products is detailed next to each of them. VAT is included and will be broken down later in the purchase process.

Steps to place orders
Select the items you are interested in by indicating the number of units and clicking the “buy” button to add them to the shopping cart. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time, where you will see the selected items, their price, taxes, and shipping costs. From this same window, before submitting the order, you can correct, change, or cancel the selected products. When you have finished selecting products, click “update cart” and “checkout.” If you are registered as a user, you will need to enter your credentials; otherwise, you will need to provide your email and create an account with your personal data. Once the user data is validated, the delivery address will be confirmed, and the shipping method will be chosen.
Next, you will need to accept the Purchase Conditions by checking a confirmation box. As the final step, you will choose the payment method and be redirected to the payment gateway. Once the process is completed, you will receive a confirmation of the purchase made.
Order Tracking
Once the order is placed, it will be archived in a way that can be accessed online until delivery is completed.
Order Receipt Confirmation
Each time the company receives an order, a confirmation email is sent within 24 hours of receipt, except on holidays or weekends, in which case the confirmation will be sent the next business day.
Payment Methods
FLOR DE ASOKA, S.L. offers one payment method for orders, with very high security standards to ensure payment is made with complete confidence.
Payment for products will be made via:
Credit or debit card payment: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. The customer can choose to pay by credit or debit card, and the transaction will be confirmed at the time the order is placed. We guarantee that every transaction made on Flordeasoka is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. Flordeasoka uses a server based on SSL (Secure Socked Layer) standard security technology. All information you transmit travels encrypted through the network. (For more information, visit our Secure Payment section). Additionally, your credit card data is not stored in any database but goes directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).
Moreover, we inform you that, in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated the CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) payment system into our payment gateway. This way, if you have a "secured" card, you can always pay with VISA or MASTERCARD on our store. If your card is not attached to this payment system, Flordeasoka will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card for customers with demonstrated previous reliability and tenure. In both cases, when paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, the following data will always be requested: card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus providing more guarantees about the transaction's security. Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and Flordeasoka will prosecute anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide justification unless legally exempt.
To determine the observance of the withdrawal period, the date of dispatch of the withdrawal declaration will be taken into account. FLOR DE ASOKA, S.L. will promptly inform the customer on a durable medium acknowledging receipt of this withdrawal if the exercise of this right is received via email.
Please note that all transportation costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of design defects.
FLOR DE ASOKA will allow the return or exchange of COLLECTION shoes for any reason, provided the following requirements are met (if any of these points are not met, FLOR DE ASOKA may refuse the return):
- The shoes have not been used or damaged in any way.
- The return is made within 14 days of receiving the shoes.
- The shoes are returned in their original box in perfect condition.
Once verified that the pair of shoes is in perfect condition, FLORDEASOKA will proceed to reimburse 100% of the price paid for the shoes within 3-7 business days of their receipt, using the same payment method used for the order. Transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
For EXCHANGES, once the shoe is received in perfect condition, we will send the new pair, provided there is stock. If not, we will proceed to refund the amount. The customer can always start a new order. Transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
If the return is rejected, FLOR DE ASOKA will notify and return the order to the original delivery address. The customer must pay the entire transportation cost of the order whose return has been rejected, being obliged to cover this cost and receive the order back. Otherwise, it will be understood that the customer does not wish to keep the shoes and that they give FLOR DE ASOKA free ownership of them, allowing FLOR DE ASOKA to destroy them or transfer them to third parties.
What if the shoes are CUSTOMIZED?
The same requirements as for COLLECTION shoes will be applied to CUSTOMIZED shoes in the colors and materials of our collection.
CUSTOMIZED shoes CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED as they are considered a product made to specific specifications freely chosen by the customer:
- Shoes with colors or materials that are NOT part of our collection (these are listed on our website as customization options).
- Asymmetrical shoes.
- Shoes with inscriptions.
Returns will only be applicable when the product has manufacturing defects and always meets the requirements of the first section.
How to make the return
If you wish to return your order, you should contact FLORDEASOKA via email at shoes@flordeasoka.com, subject RETURN, indicating your name, order number on the delivery note, and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will arrange a pick-up transport after prepayment.
Shipping methods, delivery time, and transport
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products offered on the website. Shipping costs will appear for your explicit acceptance before completing the purchase process once you have provided the delivery address. You will see the costs listed on the invoice.
The order will be pending until all products are available. If the customer wants to receive partial orders, they must contact FLOR DE ASOKA, S.L. to be instructed on the procedure to follow. To avoid delaying the delivery of available products, FLOR DE ASOKA, S.L. recommends not mixing reserve products with available catalog products and placing orders separately.
Delivery time and transport: The delivery time is between 48-72 hours for Spain and Portugal, 4-7 days for Europe, and 7-15 days for the rest of the world, from the time of order placement. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are prepared starting on Monday or the next business day. Current shipping areas are Spain, Europe, and the rest of the world.
Pricing Policy
FLOR DE ASOKA, S.L. reserves the unilateral right to modify the price of the products offered on this website. The applicable prices will be those advertised at the time of order confirmation to guarantee the customer the truthfulness of the product prices.
