Except for the Balearic Islands, where delivery may take up to 7 business days and will cost €4.99.
All orders placed before 1:00 p.m. are shipped the same day (Monday to Friday).

Changes
The first size change is free.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to make an exchange.

You can change your size in any of the following ways:
1. FREE at our Madrid store at Calle Bárbara de Braganza 4, 28004 Madrid.
2. Requesting your change online at the following link .
Once your application is processed, you'll receive the label in your email.
Once we receive the product, we will send you a replacement. The exchange process usually takes 5-7 business days from the date the returned product is shipped.
Making a model change involves returning and purchasing the new model.
In-store exchanges for purchases made at El Corte Inglés are not permitted.
Returns

The return cost is €4.99 if you drop your package off at a post office or €5.99 if you request a pickup at the address you provide.
As soon as we receive the package, we will process the necessary procedures. You will receive the refund (minus applicable shipping costs) using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund may take up to 9 business days to be processed from the time we receive the package at our warehouse.
(*) During special periods (Flash Sale, Black Friday, Outlet) the refund times may be increased.
Online returns are not accepted for purchases made in physical stores or at our El Corte Inglés corners.
Returns to physical stores for purchases made at El Corte Inglés are also not accepted.
