Can I return or change a pair of shoes of the COLLECTION?
Note that all the transports costs are charged to the client, except in the case of design defect.
FLORDEASOKA will allow the return or change of the shoes, regardless the causes, if the following requirements are fulfilled (if one of these points was not fulfilled, FLORDEASOKA could refuse to access the request):
- That the shoes have not been used or damaged in any form.
- That the return is realized within a delay of 14 days starting from the delivery date.
- That the shoes are returned in their original packaging in perfect condition.
Return: Once checked those requirements, FLORDEASOKA will proceed to reimburse 100 % of the price paid for the shoes in a term of 3-7 working days from receipt, using the same method as used for the initial payment. The transports costs are charged to the client.
Change: In the case of changes, once the shoe is received in perfect condition, FLORDEASOKA will send the new pair within 48h in case of stock availability. FLORDEASOKA would proceed to refund the amount in case the product would be out of stock. the transports costs are charged to the client
In the case the requirements are not fulfilled, FLORDEASOKA will notify you and send back the product to the original delivery address. The customer has the obligation to pay the transport fees and to receive the returned product. Otherwise, FLORDEASOKA will assume that the customer does not wish to dispose of his shoes and that he assigns to FLORDEASOKA his property free of charge. FLORDEASOKA would dispose the product the it would consider the most appropriate.
Can I return or change a pair of customized shoes?
Customized shoes can not be return o changed, except in case of design defect.
How can I send back my purchase?
If you wish to send back your purchase, you must contact FLORDEASOKA sending an email at email@example.com including the mail title “RETURN”, and providing your name, order number, date of purchase that you will find on the delivery note and a short explanation of the reasons for this return. FLORDEASOKA will organise the collection of the product at the initial delivery address. The transports costs are charged to the client.
