Being a pre-order product , returns are not allowed but they can be exchanged for another model, color or size.
Can I choose a different color?
Of course! Please write us an email to shoes@flordeasoka.com attaching a photo with the color you would like. We will do our best to offer it to you.
Can I change the height of the heel?
Sure!
You can choose one of the following heels. 5.5cm, 7.5cm, 8cm, 8.5cm, 9.5cm or 11cm.
You can also order your Ryme with a 1.5 cm platform from 7.5 cm tall.
